Process

How wholesale access works

The full path from application to active wholesale dropshipping — usually in under a week.

Step 1 — Submit your application

Start with our free dropshipper intake form. We ask about your business, where you sell, your monthly volume, the brands you want, and your basic tax setup. The whole thing takes about 4 minutes.

You don’t need to be an established seller to apply. We work with brand-new dropshippers as well as experienced multi-brand sellers. What matters is intent and a willingness to do the wholesale setup properly.

Step 2 — Personal application review

A real human (not a bot, not an autoresponder) reviews every application within 1 business day. We’ll either reach out by email or phone to discuss your application — usually both.

During this conversation we’ll cover: which brands you’re prioritizing, your monthly order volume goals, your current sales channels, and any business documentation gaps we need to address before warehouse onboarding. If you’re just getting started, we’ll walk you through what you need (EIN, resale certificate, etc.).

Step 3 — Connection to the warehouse

Once approved, we personally introduce you to our wholesale distribution partner in Coral Springs, Florida. They operate a real warehouse with full OEM inventory for Honda, Toyota, Subaru, and Mitsubishi.

You’ll get account credentials, wholesale pricing tiers based on your projected volume, inventory feeds, and instructions for placing orders. Most approved applicants are fully set up within 2–3 business days of application submission.

Step 4 — Start dropshipping

List parts on your sales channels — Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify, your own site. When a customer buys, place the wholesale order with the distribution partner. They ship directly to your customer under your branding, with tracking forwarded to you. You collect retail margin.

As your volume grows, your wholesale pricing tier improves. Higher monthly orders unlock better margins, faster handling, and priority on backordered items.

What you don’t do

  • You don’t hold inventory or warehouse anything yourself.
  • You don’t pay membership fees, monthly dues, or subscriptions.
  • You don’t negotiate one-on-one with multiple suppliers.
  • You don’t deal with shipping, packaging, or fulfillment logistics.
  • You don’t need a Coral Springs presence — sellers operate from anywhere in the US.
