Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about dropshipping OEM auto parts through Allied Parts Wholesale.

About the program

Nothing. The dropshipper application is free. There are no membership fees, monthly subscriptions, or hidden costs. Our revenue comes from the wholesale distribution partner when approved sellers start ordering, so our incentives are aligned with yours.

Most applications are reviewed within 1 business day. Approved dropshippers are typically connected to the warehouse and fully set up within 2-3 business days of submitting. We’ll contact you by email or phone either way.

Because our distribution partner’s biggest constraint is getting more qualified dropshippers, not finding inventory. The warehouse has parts; they need sellers moving them. We earn from the partner when approved sellers order, so the application is genuinely free for you.

There’s nothing to cancel since there’s no membership. If you stop ordering, the account just goes inactive. No fees, no commitments, no cancellation process.

Application requirements

It’s strongly preferred and some volume tiers require it. If you don’t have one yet, indicate that on the application and we’ll guide you through getting set up — it’s typically a simple state-level process and we’ll point you to the right form for your state.

Yes, ideally. If you’re operating as a sole proprietorship under your SSN, indicate that on the application. We’ll discuss whether your specific volume goals require formal business setup before warehouse onboarding.

No. We work with brand-new dropshippers too. What we look for is genuine intent and a real plan to sell, not necessarily proven volume on day one.

We’ll tell you why. Most rejections are because of missing business documentation or unclear sales intent — both are fixable. We’ll explain what you need to do and you’re welcome to reapply once you’ve resolved the issues.

Brands & inventory

The full OEM catalogs for Honda, Toyota, Subaru, and Mitsubishi. Acura models share many parts with Honda and are typically available through the same supply.

Yes — one application covers all four brands. They share the same warehouse and the same wholesale account, so multi-brand dropshippers don’t need separate supplier relationships.

Yes. The distribution partner’s inventory is genuine OEM, not aftermarket. We’re not affiliated with the manufacturers themselves, but the parts in the warehouse are factory-original.

No. Allied Parts Wholesale and our distribution partner are independent. We are not authorized dealers and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any vehicle manufacturer. We’re an independent supply network.

Selling, sales channels & fulfillment

All of them. Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify, Etsy, Facebook Marketplace, your own site — anywhere you sell. The warehouse fulfills directly to your customers regardless of where the order originated.

No. You’re a true dropshipper. The Coral Springs distribution partner holds all inventory; you just list parts on your platforms and place wholesale orders when you make a sale.

Our distribution partner operates from a Coral Springs, Florida warehouse with stocked OEM inventory. Shipping is nationwide via standard carriers.

When you make a sale on your platform, you place the wholesale order with the distribution partner (via their portal or your designated process). They pack and ship directly to your customer under your branding, with tracking forwarded to you.

Returns are handled through the distribution partner’s return policy, which will be detailed during your onboarding. You stay the merchant of record on your sales platform; the partner handles the warehouse-side processing.

Pricing

Wholesale pricing is set by our distribution partner based on monthly order volume. New approved dropshippers start at the Starter tier and tier-up automatically as volume grows. Specific pricing is shared during onboarding; it varies by brand mix, part category, and projected volume.

Minimums are minimal and per-order, not monthly. You’re not required to commit to a volume to maintain your account — order what you sell.

Payment terms are set during onboarding. Most new accounts start on prepayment or credit card; established accounts with volume history can qualify for Net terms.
